What do you guys consider cold? Rick, Teresa, Liz and I went to Memphis, TN October of 07 and it was 25 degrees F. when we left.

Below the high 40's is pushing my limits. Seems every trip I do that time of year it drops to the 30's and the wind is blowing 40 mph and probably raining too.

That time of the year here it is in the 70's to low 80's during the day and about mid 60's at night

Well, we just got back and although we didn't get in as much riding as we would like, the Talimena Ride was one we did for sure. That is some beautiful riding. Well worth the trip. We went one day too soon. The next day there was a peak to peak rally. Mena could certainly use the business. There is still a lot of tornado damage although most of the town is back together.

Liz requested time off for the ride dates and travel time. So if her time off is approved and the weather is good we will be there. Now I guess I need to know exactly what motel everyone is staying at and get a room booked.

Also there are vendors of every kind live entertainment and a beautiful ride up there. Sounds perfect to me. I will do what I can to make it as well. I have been dying to ride Talimena.

Count me in Vic. I have a week of vacation scheduled in October. Hopefully the ride will hit one of my weekends off. If not, I'll try to reschedule the vacation.
