Age is like the Richter-scale; each decade is a multiple of the previous one's aches, pains, and ailments!!!

Just think of the difference between how you felt at 50 versus how you feel at today's age; or 40 versus your age today... I think you get my point...

So... be happy! At least you are not 70 yet!

My thanks to everyone for their B'day wishes!! It's very much appreciated.

Greg, I know exactly what you're getting at. I am not the same guy physically as what I was even 7 yrs. ago and 50. I laugh sometimes when I get up, {make that try and get up}, I think about what it's going to be like when I AM 70 yrs. old. I try and stay moving and relatively active. This is part of the frustration of having this knee issue that is ongoing. It has set me back big time and I'm sure part of the stress thing I'm going through. I mean there are other things too. You have kids and they "grow up", but they continue to be, at least on occasion, a source of stress. Having 5 adult "kids", it comes and goes fairly often. Even if they aren't at home,.... which mine aren't.
But enough about me.
I hope you're feeling better today. I'm sure you're still aching from your mishap. I hope you don't have anything that lingers or stays with you because of the accident Greg, because you aren't exactly a young dog yourself! ;)
Take care my friend.

Yeah... well there you go... rubbing it in about my age again!!!

Nope... I definitely feel every single day of my age any more... maybe more so over the last few days... but none the less... I feel it all the time.

Regarding kids... don't get me started on that. I know what you are talking about without you even having to say anything more. ;) Who the heck thought that having kids was a good idea? Sometimes I feel that way.

There's a reason most people have their children in their younger yrs.. Could you imagine having them at your age today,.....if you could.
