3 Bikes I'd Love to own
I know the rest of you guys that read "Cruiser" have seen the March 2013 edition by now however as Magazines get shipped slow boat I just got mine this week. Finally had a chance to look it over and the top three new bikes on my hit list are listed in a row;
Honda's new F6B - if I only had the money - At first I did not like this bike, took it for just a DE-trunked, lowered windshield Goldwing. I dislike the rear end on the Goldwing immensely as well as the outdated electronic setup but ya know what the more I look at this bike it just makes since for the bagger market which I am squarely in the middle of. With dead on reliability, great handling and good power this one fits the bill nicely. Article says the deluxe model gets a center stand and backrest. I'd like to see it with the backrest. Moto Guzzi's new California 2.0 in the Ambassador trim level - man if I only had the money - What's not to like, it's got that quirky Moto Guzzi thing going on that just really appeals to me. Ducati Diavel Strada - Damm if I only had the money - bad ass is all I can say! With the three of these in the stable one would never run out of ridding entertainment! I love my Nomad. I really, really like the Victory Cross Country tourer. And I think the Honda F6B is sharp. The only bike I really drool over is a Honda Rune.

I'd keep what I have, get one of those new water cooled R1200GS and the third bike would be either a XCT or a HD Police Electraglide. I'm leaning towards the PEG. Of course I'd have to win the lottery first.

I've ridden a Rune. Awkward riding bike to say the least.
Here's the three I'd add to my garage

For me, I always wanted a VMAX and the latest model is perfect, the Triumph for taking off for the weekend and the last is something that will happen. An example of a XS 650 build.

But it had to be at least a 2009. They have the better frame.

Harley made a better frame? I thought they were supposed to be top of the line.
I'm shocked that they would make changes to the perfect bike.

Exactly. I wouldn't buy an older touring model because of that. Then again I am not buying anything, but if I was, that would be a consideration.

Nothing is perfect. Watch the Long Way Around and the Long Way Down.

In addition to my Electra, here are the bikes I'd love to own (in no particular order)
A Road King, no windshield but apes and solo seat (need no fancy paint job unlike this one, either) An 883 Sportster, mid controls, peanut tank and cast wheels I just love this bike, just the way it is: A solo and basic Indian and probably another one that they are currently building
