For Sale: 2003 Vulcan Nomad 1500FI, with custom 84 Venture trunk/rack assembly which is fully removable with relocated helmet locks. Corbin 2-up Touring Seat with Drive/Passenger Backrest. Fire & Steel Driving/Light Bar with Visors, Engine Guard Chaps, Oversized Fork Lowers, Chrome Grab Rails and Chrome Saddlebag Racks, Scootworks Phat Risers... Modified Exhaust with "gutted goat belly", Classic Chaps Tank Bra, Vulcan Men Streak Clutch Spring Upgrade .... New Metzler ME880 Tires. Mileage 46,169 with all neccesary lube/oil service performed. Note: I'm listing the Nomad locally without the 84 Venture Trunk/Rack Assembly (I'd kind of like to keep it), but I know that possibly some of my fellow Kawinow members might be interested. $5,700 without Trunk, $6,200 includes the Trunk (Idaho)

I'm in North Idaho (Coeur d'Alene) near Spokane, WA. I can send additional pics via email whoever is interested. Cactusjack, I was in Mesa this spring, went to Arizona Bike Week, trailered the bikes down and spent a few days riding Apache Junction / Globe / Payson/ Jerome 87A / Prescott.... Arizona riding could become addicting.

I'm either looking at a Honda Valkyrie (Tourer) or another Nomad. That would be a good discussion / comparison. Valk vs. Nomad. I know, I know... the Valk is all about the engine and you kind of lose some features vs the Nomad (Floorboards, front and rear, great bags, Fuel injection, fit & finish... both are extremely reliable) Anybody want to sound in.

I've done all those rides you mentioned, many times over. Riding is nice here in April when you visited. Not so nice from June-September. I'd like to ride in your neck of the woods sometime.

Ok kudzufarmer... will see if Bike sells or whatever happens. Once you've had a trunk on a bike, it's hard to go back.
