Hello from Ma.,and thanks to the people who responded and made me feel welcome. Just got my 04 blue/silver nomad last week.I got it used w/21k on it. The guy that owned it before left his service records and he was on top of it,so I think I got a nice machine. I traded a boulevard c-50 for it and all I can say is wow. It is so much more enjoyable cruising the nad around. The suzuki couldn't hold a candle to this bike.Already had my wife on for a short ride, the comfort and the power even 2-up is fantastic, and she was much more comfortable. When I was looking for a bigger bike, I came to this site to read up on the nomad, and with all the great reviews, and input from all you folks,My mind was made up. I'm relatively new to the motorcycle scene (not counting, dirtbikes&mopeds) I've only been riding since July but have a couple thousand under my belt already and I got the bug for sure.Unfortunately,it's almost time to put it away for the season, but a think I can still get a few more autumn weeks to enjoy my bike. Sorry, this was a bit wordy. This is a great site and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions and looking for help, from the knowledgeable posters here. I'll try to figure out the picture thing soon, anyway thanks for reading.

Steve

I also have an 04 and moved up from a zuk(mine was an 1500 intruder) I cant be happier, I have added a fairing and a harley trunk and its the bike I want to ride every weekend, I still break out the old honda bobber for a few poker runs but with the bike equiped this way, more often than not my wife wants to ride the nomad.

Welcome, great choice. I also made the move from the C50 (another excellent bike) to the Nomad a month ago. A lot smoother isn't it? Enjoy the ride.
