Hate recorded messages?

Ran across this website....I know I'm not the only one who hates not getting a real person when calling a business....

I can't stand getting a machine on the phone, lately though sometimes I get a guy from India on the line.

I usually ignore all the prompts etc. and eventually most will connect you to a person when they get no response from you.

A lot of the time, it works too if you ignore the prompts and just hit zero....

If it's voice activated you can just say " agent" also

I always hit '0' but it takes a lot of zeros sometimes!
