Great weekend of riding

We have had some great weather this weekend in eastern MN and western WI. I was fortunate enough to ride both days putting on almost 600 miles riding with friends. Hope everyone in the NCR was able to get out and do some riding before the winter weather sets in.

We rode for two days as well, putting on just at 500 miles. It was 39 degrees on Sunday morning when we took-off; but it wasn't too bad. It only got cold and frosty in the valleys where the sun had reached yet.

I figure we are getting to the last of the riding for me since I can only really ride on weekends these days. I will take it week at a time and ride till I cannot...

If the year ends today, I will end with a lowly 9,200 in for this season; with most all of it done on weekends.

Was thinking about you guys this weekend Greg, the guys I was riding with ride just like you do, fast and furious! Saturday I followed and Sunday I led, had more fun leading.
If the season ended today, heaven forbid, I would be at 17,300 miles for the season. Not bad but certainly not what it was when we had short and mild winters.
Hope you guys can get in a few more weekends of riding.
