OK, I'm going to be the devil's advocate for a moment.

Part one:

This is a rather childish move. I thought we were all adults here. And, to require that you read and agree to a disclaimer and get a password? What the heck, is politics and religion now the same as pornography? Like I said, this is childish.

Part two:

Maybe we should not allow any religious or political posts. Other forums have this restriction and it seems to work fine. After all, this is a forum for discussing motorcyles, specifically Kawasaki Vulcan Baggers.

Bob good points and perhaps having to sign in, read a disclaimer, etc is a bit much. I can only think that it would prevent someone who just clicks on a new post from ending up there by mistake.

I personally don't see anything wrong with political or religious posts, but it is not something I am into. Judging by how they dominated the off topic board ( political posts much more so), I would say it was time for a section of there own.

Not that I want your worthless ass in there but you have to register with a non android phone. My SG2 did the same thing. Went to my laptop, it didn't show the cookie warning and registered. got my pw and went back to my droid and used the pw and now both are saved.
