try here http://www.expressmounts.com/gps-mount/tomtom and call them monday morning. I don't even see the 630 listed but if they know another tomtom that is the same size/shape they can get it to you quick. They were very helpful to me.

New GPS help
You might try these guys, CLICK HERE. Seems the same mount works for a lot of their GPSs, and it lists the one that opens up as for your 620 model.
