Officer killed while leading organized ride...

Always sad, made more so from the purpose of the ride. No details though, and not guessing either. Prayers and gentle thoughts for the family and the riders affected by this tragedy.

Old Bear - you're 100% right. The loss is bad enough, but then you read he was leading a ride, and the ride was sponsored by the police department he served.

I see you're from Clarksville. I was born and raised just north in Paducah, KY. I stop in Clarksville every trip back home, gotta feed the craving for White Castle! Dad and I hit the dirt track there from time to time as well...
