In Phoenix you can bake cookies in your car 3 months a year. Or you can bake your brain in a full face helmet.

You guys can keep that 100+ stuff. Hell the 40 deg stuff sounds like good sleeping weather to me.

I'm with you Steve !! As I age I dislike the hot temps more and more. I use to be one of those sun worshipers....... but not now !!

I'm not sure why someone would live anywhere, where they don't like the weather, or where there is a risk of hurricanes or tornadoes every year. Flooding ..... I'd frick'in move !!!

I'm happy to be moving where there are four seasons again,... nothing colder than -20C {for a couple of weeks} and rarely hotter than 90's in the summer. {did get a couple of days where the mercury rose to over 100* C for a couple of days}
Way more sunshine "up there" than the coast. Is it any reason I call it paradise.

In don't know about a rock, but on a hot day here you probably could have fried a burger on my black Nomad gas tank. If you touched it, it would burn you.

It's about 110° here right now. I was out in the driveway getting my bike ready for the national rally earlier today. Changed oil, filter, plugs, primary oil and tranny oil. Started in the shade, but was in the hot sun as the day went on. My allen wrenches got so hot I couldn't pick them up without gloves.

Off the subject; but how did that "oil-purger" do?
