Even on the street I rev my RT a lot higher than you probably do with your Nomad and higher than I did with mine and there are times I take to near redline (8000 RPM) when I am looking for maximum scoot. Ride a bike like the wee or mine at 2-3000 rpm and it'll been a slug. My guess is that for normal cruising, the Wee likes 4-5000 rpm like my RT.
