TUESDAY Rally Ride Poll

how long do you estimate the rides to be?
(i'm hoping to come in for the one day only, day trip)
If they are both relatively short - maybe we could sneak in the tail and something else....

about 180 miles give or take for each ride......thinking 6-7 hrs with all the stops.

I take it that is a no.

TUESDAY Rally Ride Poll

If you ever had to ride through Chicago in the rain the Dragon doesn't scare me, but with wife on bike I will go for the odds early in week will have less traffic. Thursday if it rains! My green bike has a way of attracting H2O.......

Deals Gap is still my Tuesday choice.

TUESDAY Rally Ride Poll

So, is the plan to have more than one organized ride available, or are we going to make everyone ride together?

I vote for multiple rides.

Thanks - see the maps now. That's great, will help me plan my route in from Atlanta (hoping to touch 4 states that day...)
I'm still going to stick with the tail that day. Sounds like the most infamous ride available - I think I'd regret not hitting it hard.

Now I think I need to start my own poll - which bike to rent for the day: Wing or concours?

Well, I should not have looked at the map and dates. I got pulled into this thing. Looks like I will leave Mansfield Ohio on the morning of the 14th and spend the night at the Rally Hotel. Then I'll be wanting to go to Deals Gap on Wednesday and I will head back to Idaho on Thursday morning.

In short, I'm coming to the Rally.
