Late June sounds like a good date. I think Deals Gap should be a destination, not the site of the rally. There really isn't any place to stay in Robinsville. Murphy or Helen, GA would be better official site places, JMHO.

We discussed that on the staff board. I think Todd and I are going to scope things out soon and figure out the base camp.

Check with Derek at the 'Applecover' in Maggie Valley. We (VROC) have our SE rally there every year. Derek always takes great care of everything and Maggie is kinda central to most thing in the NC and TN mountains.
