2011 National Rally will be held June 14-16, 2011

Do we have any dates yet for the 2011 national rally? This has suddenly become an important issue to me since we have a wedding to plan for that summer. I'd like to attend both events.

Don't worry Scott, it won't be October. If it was then some of us from the cold country might not make it.

No, the wedding will be sometime June-September. They found out the facility charges thousands less during those months than in October.

I booked a class reunion once at a place that didn't have AC.

Of course they have a/c. Nobody wants to do anything here during the summer months. Some restaurants shut down for a month during the summer.

Late June through mid July is when the black bears will be out in Cades Cove. Saw 13 black bears out at Cades Cove mid July 2007. Lots more women downtown Gatlinburg in July also.
