let me introduce myself. my name is Rick and i'm getting a brand new 2019 voyager. been riding a 1999 valkyrie interstate trike for 20 years and managed 214,000 miles on it till the alternator cable shorted out and took all the electrical stuff with it. insurance totaled it in which i was happy about because i got tired of dealing with the motortrike kit that was on it.
since honda makes nothing that impresses me, especially a 1800 wing.
i have worked on goldwings and i hate it. so i refuse to own one.
never was really a harley fan so i started looking at full dresser bikes.
liked the yamaha transcontinental but nobody is going to make a trike kit for it. so decided on a kawasaki voyager. put my order in for a 2019 because my trailer i pull behind the trike is already blue and silver and i won't immediately have to repaint it.
new bike should be at the dealer in a week or two then it goes to csc to be triked.
from what i'm hearing its going to be close to christmas till i get it. so won't be riding till next spring. thats ok i got plenty of changes and add on's to do before spring gets here. been reading the boards here to get familiar with my new bike before i get it.

deffinatly going to ivanize it after the 600 mile check up. but thinking i'm going to buy a used ecu just in case a warrante issue comes up.
