All the caps make a person look not just odd, but angry.

It doesn't bother me. It's your God given right to look odd if you want to. Or angry.
But when you're really angry, you won't be able to use the traditional expression of anger (which is typing in all caps) to good effect.

It's kinda like "the boy who cried wolf." People won't pay as much attention when you need them to.
