I just put on a cobra luggage rack and I need to relocate my inspection sticker. Where did you put yours?

tfd...I think the answer to your question would be dependent on the state in which you reside. Here in Louisiana, back when m/c seats easily popped on and off, the police requested them to be placed under the seat. Now, with seat removal requiring a a wrench and some time, all the cops and DMV officers I've talked to prefer you to keep them with your registration papers that can easily be accessed in either you saddlebags or preferably tucked inside a windshield bag. Hope this helps.

Texasfisherdude, Paul here form spring. I have an alumn plate that hangs down below the liscense plate braket that I stick the tag to. On My Sabre, I put it on the chrome driveshaft cover.

By the way, whats your passion, fishing-wise? Love the salt water myself.

Mine is on the inside of my front fork. It's chrome colored so it's not very noticable. Todd even asked me where it was once. He knew I was supposed to have one but didn't see it.

In Texas you have to be able to see it from the rear. I'm thinking of modifying the bracket to make it stick out sideways or mount it to the backrest so it hangs below the backrest pad

I cut my inspection sticker backing plate to reduce its size and redrilled the plate. Then I could mount in the same area.

My Nad is purple, but if the light is not bright, you would think black. Do a lot of wade fishing myself. Wanted a bike much more than a boat.

On my Honda, you actually can't see the sticker from the back. But I've never been questioned about it. Truth is, since the Nomad, I just don't ride the Sabre much anymore. Thinking about selling it, but it's so nice, I can't bring myself to part with it. When the Voyager comes out I may be persuaded to change my mind.

I am impressed. I really like the fender treatments and white walls. Anyone not familiar with the motor on these bikes might find the rest of it a little confusing. Looks like a fun poker run bike.

A friend of mine is looking for the same kind of deal on anything. He's great with his hands but not a whole of bling. I'll tell him to keep looking and be encouraged.

We're lucky here in Eastern Oregon. We don't have motorcycle inspections, or any stickers to worry about.
