I am insured now. I have been going to physio but I've stopped because I've come down with shingles. I hope we can hook up soon.

Kevin, don't say that too loud eh!! And don't I know it. I can't believe this whole thing. I am under a bit of stress these days, of which I won't go into right now. But the knee continues to get better with restrictions. I;m not sure how WCB is going to deal with this turn of events and me being covered by them. Some of the stress is over my amount of time being off work and getting better, so I guess it is related.

Stress is a killer Rickyboy... don't let it get you. Fight back. I know... my life has been loaded with it over the last ten-years; and one's health goes-down fast with stress.
