I guess I am lucky or just mean/ugly enough to not have anyone say anything to me about what bike I ride. Most of my buds have Harleys and they all tend to pay me compliments on the Nomad. Even my die hard Harley shop guy said those 1500s are some of the smoothest bikes he has ridden.
Like I said a million times, if I could have a Harley I would, but I love what I have instead.

I cain't have nothing nice.

The guy that use to own my bike was a jeweler and presented me a pristine, recently detailed, show room condition, blinding polished chrome jewel. Two months later it was a scratched up, dented, dropped a dozen times, running on one cylinder, never washed, and got a damn stupid car tire on it.

Same thing with every woman I ever shacked with. They start out a delightful effervescent doe eyed nymphomaniac kittens, and I turn 'em into damned screaming hateful bitches that need killing so they can go to hell where they need to be.

Reckon that the reason my wife don't want me dating, or anything else, other women.
Well,,,at least it's frowned on anyway.
I don't understand 'em.

Well, owning and riding a Vulcan is a lot like being Cinderella or a red headed stepchild. Sometimes you have to take a lot of crap to find your prince(cess).

Quite frankly, some of the stereotyped comments made about ALL Harley owners is no less offensive then what the idiot said to the OP. Just saying guys... Geez...
And we haven't even gotten to the BMW owners with their Grey Poupon and cappuccino machines.

I ride with my buddies and they all have Harleys and get razed most of the time, but my comment to others who ask why I dont have one is "There always needs to be a parts runner" Of course this is all joking and every one of my buddies take it as they can give it also. Just as long as you ride thats all that should matter. The trip we just got back from I received a few complements on my bike. However have you guys seen this You tube vid.

There's no utility in saying you love other women as much as your wife.
