My guess is... there is a member (or two) ticked-off at the responses to this thread.

If I am right... we are likely not to hear too much more from them again; no matter who they may be... which is too bad. Hopefully, this will be resolved, and we will not see anyone leave -- which would be best in my opinion.

The moral of the story... "don't take yourself too serious... because no one is". And if your feelings get hurt... look to the one that hurt your feelings and speak to them directly in a man-to-man fashion to learn their intentions. If the intentions were ill-founded, then you have the right to complain... if not, then toughen-up.

For crying out loud. If this isn't a joke then people need to develop a sense of humor (I am thinking much worse but will stop with this). After having known Brad over the years he is the jokester and does not mean much by his comments.

You want to step in my shoes? Hell, all the crap that is going around with work is getting irritating enough and now we have this.

I never thought that one day I'd be glad mom and dad were drunken lushes who beat me every day and burned me with cigarettes and made me tell the teachers up at the schoolhouse the bruises and broken bones were from where I fell down. I didn't care much about going up there anyways 'cause the youg-uns were cruel to me and made sport of me much like BD did this other feller. They fed me bisquets, and made me live out back of the house in a shed in a hole I dug with a couple blankets to cover up with. The didn't want me up at the house anyway.

Thanks Mom & Dad!

Actually, monkeyman has a Vision and BD has a Cross Country Tour. The only similarities are the engine and the color.

Let me step in here just for a minute before you guys get a posse together and hang innocent bystanders from the rafters of the forum.

This issue is being blown out of proportion. This is a case of one man trying to privately talk to another about an issue. Nothing against BD, but there have been those in the past that have taken offense to his type of humor. No surprise. Someone did recently and privately emailed him to discuss. BD is now bringing it to the public light with an apology. In all honesty, this should have stayed private.

I would appreciate it if everyone would lay down your guns and rope, chill and go about your daily lives. Trust me, this situation is not worth arguing over nor is it worth quitting over.
