Thanks Trip

I just wanted to throw out a thanks for this great group you started here. I have learned more in a couple of weeks browsing through these forums than since I've had my bike. I really can't wait for Custer so I can meet some of y'all and see these machines up close.

You got that right, Ballast. I've really learned a lot from this bunch and they helped me out, being a first-time bike owner.

welcome Ballast to the site. What kind of flag mounts you got on there. I was looking at one that just clamps to a 1/2 inch bar(luggae rack) made out of SS for about $60. Looking good.

Dude, I hesitate to say but just for you....2 98 cent flags and a half dozen zip ties. They did not survive the day with my wife trying to figure out the best way to get her petite self on and off my monstrous ride. I now have a set that I purchase through the American Legions Emblem Sales website http://emblem.legion.org/LEG-RIDER_U...tinfo/700.330/ . They mount on the license plate.
