Riding the Rock

Just came back to Ontario, after trailering to N. Sydney NS, unloading the bikes and onto the ferry for Newfoundland. Landed in Argentia, on to St. Johns then spent two weeks heading across Newfoundland . All I can say is what a great place to ride. Great people, great food and lots of music. If any one is thinking about it, just go. Can't wait for my next trip.

Hi Flex!
I hear you regarding the Rock...:) Wife & I spend 2 weeks visiting the Rock. I loved NFL, the people are just gr8. We had a cottage in Flat Rock over looking the ocean. Question, did they charge you to park the car& trailer? We were thinking about doing that way next time we go back.
Cheers
PS
MMM maybe we could plan a group ride ......

Sounds like you had a great trip Flexible. My wife and I were talking about riding down to Cape Breton and meeting up with Caper then crossing to Nfld with him and his wife. It never did come about yet, but maybe next year.

I will have to fiqure out how to load pics, in response to a rally, that would be great or anywhere in the Maritimes. Vulcanguy, you asked about parking, I am in the trucking business and work with an outfit down there hauling equipment for them, so they let me park in their yard.

Well, We have to get back to your neck of the woods first Donnie. I though at least that might happen again this year, but summer has flown by. Maybe next summer.
