Nice info to have in preperation for a road trip. Utah has pretty lax laws.

Funny how California has some of the strictest laws but no law against lane-splitting.....

STATE BY STATE M/C LAWS

We are seeing bike-bashing growing big time. In Delray Beach, the city voted to have NO motorcycles downtown during dining hours so if diners sat outside, they wouldn't have to listen to them. ( I guess it's OK to listen to cars with loud radios, city buses, trains, etc...)
A bunch of bikers stormed in the commishion meeting with lawyers in tow and the city backed down quick.
But the laws are changing. I ride with a helmet but Flori-Duh has no helmet law. The state is talking about making helmets law again.

Did anyone notice that site was from the American Motorcycle Association?
If you ride a motorcycle you should belong to the AMA.
If you target shoot or hunt you should belong to the NRA
Just two of my opinions that I wanted to push on..eerrrr..I mean suggest to you :)

I just looked at that site again 'cause I plan on riding to cape cod this summer. It says Helmet Speakers = Prohibited to use or possess
So this I assume means no intercom between driver and passenger?
