THE CANADIAN VASECTOMY

After their 11th child, an Canadian couple decided that was enough, as they could not afford a larger bed.

So the husband went to his veterinarian and told him that he and his cousin didn't want to have any more children.


The doctor told him that there was a procedure called a vasectomy that could fix the problem but that it was expensive. 'A less costly alternative,' said the doctor, 'is to go home, get a cherry bomb, light it, put it in a beer can then hold the can up to your ear and count to 10.'


The Canadian said to the doctor, 'I may not be the smartest tool in the shed, but I don't see how putting a cherry bomb in a beer can next to my ear is going to help me.'


'Trust me,' said the doctor.


So the man went home, lit a cherry bomb and put it in a beer can.


He held the can up to his ear and began to count!

At which point he paused, placed the beer can between his legs and
continued counting on his other hand.

This procedure also works in most parts of the north too...

That also sounds like a redneck thing, I've made alot of money selling cherrybombs to people from west virgina, so now I'am a little confused, were did this practice truely start? ???

Almost funny but the Canadian part doesn't sit to well.

I've always heard it referenced to "southern folk".

Having said that though,.... if we ever sit down together I'll tell you a horror story about my vasectomy that was done while living west of Edmonton AB. I might have a few more children by now had I know how that was going to go. I would never of had it done.

Hell, I'll tell you mine right now!
20 something years ago the ex wanted me to get "fixed" so being the manly man, I made arrangements to get it done. Well, I layed carpet since 1963 so I figures I was strong enough to heed the warning, "Don't do anything strenuous for a few days...

What did I do? I rode my bike to get a vasectomy!!

Can you say.. the size of grapefruit!?? Being shot in Nam 3 times didn't hurt neeeaaarrrr as much!
Now, if I hear of someone getting it done I tell them to be sure and ride their bike to the doctors... Yep, I'm a bastard!
