Question Blowing fuses

I just got a 2002 1500 Nomad first ride went great, second ride not so good . Bike stalled after 5 min when I tried to start it again the fuel pump would not cycle found blown fuse see under seat changed it and pump cycled again but as soon as I press the starter the fuse blows over and over any help for me thanks in advance. Ronbo

First welcome to the forum. I would think you have a short to ground somewhere in the starter, or related wiring, relay or starter button.
If you go to the 1500-1600 section of the forum and scroll down, you will see a thread to download shop manuals. You can then look at the wiring diagram and trace any wire etc that gets energized when the starter button is pushed.
