Never thought of that. When I plug in my ipod, I can play music through the speakers though. I'll check the fuse

I have 2 different power plugs I use. one took 1 wrap of electrical tape to make a good fit to hold the plug in and the other took 1.5 wraps of tape to get a tight fit. Maybe it could help you keep them in? My .02$

I bought the coolstream duo and it powers up and works perfect! Not sure if the other brand was faulty, or more finicky?

So... The duo worked for the 30 seconds I tested it. I went on vacation for 3 days and now the duo doesn't work. The blue light doesn't turn on and I can't connect via Bluetooth. Is it dead? Is my ipod adapter thing junk? This music thing is driving me nuts lol

Pull the Duo out and charge it then try it again. Mine did not charge on the bike that is why I stopped using it. Then I had to learn Ipod, and Buy one.

I unhooked The Duo and plugged it in inside the house. It charged up and works fine. How come some people say their bikes charged these but mine doesn't?

Yah, I do not get it either. Mine would not too. So I got the ipod adapter. And an ipod and had to learn the clunky program for Windows. No issues now.
Your issue maybe the ipod adapter is hard to find now.
