See my post above... I've tried both, and very much prefer the Tour Tech's. Their distance from the boards lets you "heel-toe" on boards and highway pegs (a foot position I use for about 90% of my time on the bike), or have feet entirely on either the boards or the pegs. The Longhorn's never quite gave me that perfect position without extensions on them.

I too found the Voyager a little more cramped than my 1500 Nomad. The Tour Tech's have solved that problem.

The Mustang seat certainly does take away from the passenger space... That's why my Mustang seat is my around town one-up seat. For longer journey's, I swap it out for a Russell Daylong, and even with a rider's backrest, there's enough room on that seat for both of us.

The other problem with the Mustang passenger seat, is that it's too flat. A passenger is bounced forwards into the rider's backrest, and has to constantly shuffle back onto the seat. My passenger got tired of that, and her complaints led to the purchase of the Russell. I could have saved a boatload of cash if I'd just bought the Russell in the first place.
