Air horn for an 03 Nomad

hey guys and gals,

I am looking to install an airhorn on my 03 Nomad. Does anyone have an recommendations of reasonably priced, loud airhorns that are easy to install (bracket and electrical) on an 03. I can't wait to give the make-up putting, cell phone talking, text messaging, electric shaving, coffee drinking while bagel eating (well you get the point) fools a nice blast as they attempt to merge without looking.

This has been covered extensively. I think most of the posts are in the Garage forum.

In any case, most recommend the Stebel Horn, I use the "Bad Boy", both are about the same, both wire in the same (with a relay), neither comes with a bracket to mount (you have to get creative...read how some have done it by searching for "horn" on this site). Both are plenty loud, will make them spill their coffee, and will get you cussed out when you use it.

Hope that helps.

STEBEL is what I would rec'd. 139 decibels. made my own bracket out of aluminun strap 5 inches long by 1 inch wide and 3/16 think. Drill a hole on each end and mount it. Looks sharp and holds up well. Good Luck
