Hey Guys (and Girls),

I had such a grand time at the Lake George Rally that I'm already thinking about next year.

Is there going to be a NE Regional rally in 2011? Is anyone planning on going to the Nat'l rally in NC?

I'm thinking about riding to NC because I don't have a trailer. But then, it may be a good reason to buy a trailer.

Anyway, what's next year look like for you?

It was a great time there, I really enjoyed it myself.
There won't be a NE rally next year since were having the National rally, and more than likely most of us will be going there.
Me and Al are going for sure as well as a few others from Canada.
Im sure it will be just as good a time, hope to see you there.

I'm going as well I'll probably leave on the Statuary before and take my time to get there. I just hope they pick a location soon. so the planning can get underway. :) It would be nice to see everyone that was at this years North East Rally there.

Al and I will be coming down, and possibly a couple others as well. Its still ten months away, so we have lots of time to plan it.

I hope they have facilities for another BBQ like we had, that was a really good way to meet everyone, and no driving anywhere either.

I also plan on being there.
. If we can make meet points on the way down ..That would be a good way to break up the long ride down.......
I am near Bangor .. Not too far from the border..So If any Canadians coming this way we can meet up.. Spend the nite here then head south.. Pick up people from NH.,Vt.,Ma etc
Yoork Pa may be a good lay over as well.. Tour the HD Plant then head south..
ALSO My old group will be haveing their get together Maggie Valley area as well. May be the week before or after waiting on time s.. You can can hang there as well......Just tell that group you think Im a ASSBAG and you will fit right in :)
and for those from up north headed south AVOIDE Hwy 95 NYC.. It sucks monkeys balls on a bike.. 287 Tappen Aee Bridge is the better way...
ARE WE THERE YET?? ::)

Rich, Just took a quick look at google map and for us coming from Montreal way we would probably start out by crossing into the U.S on the Ivy Lea Bridge into NY and down I-81. Meeting up with others along the way sounds like a great idea. We probably could cross paths with you somewhere in Pennsylvania.

81 is a GREAT road.. That is what I will hit. York Pa . may be a good hook up.. Near the HD Plant,, The tour is free and well worth it IMO.. + near the Hotels are 2/3 bars :)
My bud Bill is the GM for a Hotel Chain in NY I may be able to get us a discount, or at least a good hotel...
\FYI in Pa. There are TONs of DEER! mainly at night BUT last year I almost became road meat with a BIG Doe... Also There may be a Maggie Valley run with my Old group before our ride :) If not Natural Bridge Va. is a Nice lay over place www.naturalbridgeva.com

The factory tours at York HD plant fill up quickly, when I went I had to wait an hour or so for the next group.
I didn't mind though I went into there store and bought myself a new wardrobe. Ever since that day Ive been quite a snappy dresser.
