I guess thats why some people never pick their stuff up at the pound, the fees just arn't worth getting it back. In his case it was a $4500.00 enclosed trailer that he just bought last year, so it was worth retreiving. I hope the insurance reimburses him all his costs.

My sons car was recovered after being stolen. I had to pay for the tow, the storage & since it was a Holiday weekend I was going to have to pay holiday rate if not removed before that day. I only pay holiday or weekend rates at a golf course, most of the time I don't play on those days for that reason. Talking about robbery without a gun, what a scam.

WOW, this stuff is amazing!

Someone steals your belongings, you tell Cops that your paying to protect you, they recover your belongings then fine you, while the crooks are still running free.

What the hell do we even need the police for. ???
Maybe we ought to save taxpayer money and disband the police.

It was cool that the snow didn't really stick to the streets and sidewalks yesterday so today there isn't much, except where it drifted overnight, to remove. A big plus is the day off with pay and a 4 day weekend :)

I thought the wind was going to blow the snow to hell and back. with the wind it was like the old days at work

Reminded me of my Navy day's on the Flight Deck of the Carrier.

We ended up with somewhere around 10" but it was difficult to measure with all the drifts :-/ over 3' off the back porch and in the driveway.

Now there talking about another storm Tues. :-/
What is it, Groundhog Day?????
