Finally got my dream bike
Hello to all , for the last five years or so I have been wanting to get a big road big I drove a 2011 Yamaha VStar 1100 and I drove the wheels off of that bike it was a good bike but it I just wanted more, my wife's uncle had a 1600 nomad and I fell in love with it. But with me moving around and deploying all over all of the time I never could get one or afford one well finally I have gotten my dream bike and I love it. Saturday the 29th of February I picked up a 2010 1700 Nomad and I have only gotten to ride it once because of the squirrely weather but so far bar none it has been the best bike I have ever road. I retired from the United States Marine Corp on October 19 2012 and this bike was suppose to be my retirement gift from my wife. it didn't happen than but it has now. looking for and all advise on this machine. hope all is well and look forward in being a member of this community ..Semper Fi .. I was in The US Army..and My Nephew was a Marine...His US MARINE CORP Military Discharge Is So Pretty, as compared to mine, I'm always Jealous when I see his hanging on the wall at his house ! (but I proudly have Mine hanging On My Wall Also) |
