I have no idea although I doubt it. Probably wouldn't help me much as I need to get another loan to buy a better truck. Not sure how the bank would feel if I had 2 loans, even if someone else was paying for one.

Seems reasonable. :) I won't drop the price below $13k. It'll sell fast in the spring, especially at that price.

If you can trust KBB (and I don't), it's worth $15k, stock. I figure all the extras are worth $500-$1000 (valued at about 1/2 what I paid).

You wouldn't have two loans. I don't know what the effects on credit rating it would have, but the loan would be theirs then. You just don't get any equity on it.

mick --- I'd be the one to get caught. I'm thinking insurance fraud wouldn't look good on my resume. :)

..I knew a guy that had to make a "precautionary emergency landing" way out in the bush..in an airplane he couldnt pay for...the dang thing burned to the ground..thank goodness he was able to get it on the ground and get away from it...Way Out There..Some Where..In The Wind...and he had good insurance !

Yep on the "lightening"...works for some...and some go to prison -but I wonder what a "survey" would show as to WHO goes to the big house, and Hew...collects the $$$
