Progressive 440HD shock on a 2006 Nomad?

will this work? Has anyone done it? I want to lower the back of my Nad 1.5"-2" but want to be able to compensate for occasional load (ie, when the wife steps up to the plate and decides she wants to go for a ride). will these shocks do it? Are they a pain to install?

Anyone have any experience with these??? Any input welcome and aprreciated.

Thanks!
Daryl ???

Guys on Delphi and Vroc have done this before, theres info posted there. They are quite simple to replace. I think there a few different 440's available as far as length goes. It would be good to check out to read there comments.
