2012 Vaquero "Papa Smurf"
I'm an motorcyclist who loves music. This is my first bagger and I plan to take it as far as I can, not only with the sound system but with performance upgrades - I love speed too - also own a CBR 1000RR track bike.
Oh yeah! The music is coming from the bike - it is not dubbed over. Replacing the Cobra Fi2000 PowrPro Tuner, as soon as my new Power Commander gets here.

What was the volume setting for the music? Is there an amp installed?

Thanks Big Red - my comp skills aren't up to snuff today! Need more sleep.
HwyRider - There are two amps and a sub in the right-rear bag: Rockford Fosgate Punch PBR300X2 Rockford Fosgate Punch PBR300X1 The volume setting was at 10.

I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch PBR300X2 but haven't bothered to hook it up yet. I'm running 4 600 watt speakers on the bars and a MIL-PRV21 stereo on the bars secured with a p-clamp. If I add the amp I'll change over to the infinity INF-PRV250. For now it's loud enough.

Great looking bike. Your sound is great. I am curious as to why you are getting rid of the Cobra ProPower tuner? I am leaning toward the Power Commander, but wonder about the Cobra ProPower.

The powerpro is no longer controlling the backfire or pop, its actually gotten worse. Scoot has been in the shop all week, even the techs are baffled. As soon as I get it out the powercommander goes in, it allows for actual adjustment. $600. Is a waste.

I have a buddy who is a loud music guy too. Can you hear the sub when you are cruising at 75-80 mph? Ray would love to add a sub woofer, but he doesn't want to drop money on it if you can only hear it in the parking lots...

I hear it up to about 50. It has 300watts pushing it and I can probably get another 10 mph out but it would probably knock something loose. But, I can feel it with no issues up to about 95. LOL
