Aftermarket seat w/pillion and drivers backrest

Anyone have one to fit a 1600 Nomad? I'd prefer no studs, but I'd consider either way. Consider this to be part of the future history of the VBA as the more I ride, the more I may really enjoy riding and the longer I may keep the Nomad.

May have a Mustang if I do not like the way it fits me just got it on. Have my granddaughter for 3 days will try to ride this weekend and figure out if I am going to keep it. No backrest I have to do a little fabercating on my bakup back rest if I keep it have talked to Grasshopper and he is going to make me a bracket for the Mustang

It would have to have a backrest. Now that I've used one, I can't live without it. :)

I have a stock seat with no backrest. How about that?

Grasshopper makes a backrest for the Nomad with Mustang seats.

I'm not thoroughly impressed with the Grasshopper. It's WAY better than nothing but I think I could do better spending another $150 or so to get an Ultimate or buy an aftermarket with a backrest.

I loved the Utopia. Had one on my Goldwing and Nomad. I personally don't worry about price when I'm looking to buy something. If I want it, I buy it.

I don't have the funds to always buy what I want. Sometimes, I have to compromise. I figure, I'm doing well if I can use some thought when I compromise. I don't feel the need for a $700 seat as I don't plan on 500 mile days. I figure I have time for 300 mile days so spending 1/2 that is worth it to me. If I can get what works for less than the "perfect" seat, it's all good. Used Mustang or a Mean City mod with a Utopia backrest sounds just like what I'm after.
