The Harley pulley (and wheel) might not line up with the drive pulley on the Kawasaki motor ?

As you say, the '19 Road Glide retains the 16" rear wheel. But as I said, the '19 Road Glide [B]Special[B] has switched to an 18" rear wheel. The HD website says so as will your eyes when you look at it.
