Hello to everyone, the name is Ernie, but I go by NamVet or Efot. I am from a small town just NE of Fort Wayne, In and I have a 07 Nomad, ruby and grey with about 7500 miles on it, just purchased this summer. I retired last year and had bought a Volusia VL 800, but walked into the dealer and laid my eyes on this Nomad, used with about 6000 miles on it, so the trade took place. I leave for Sturgis SD on the 30th of July with a buddy that now lives in Florida. We use to go each year untill the mid 90's, then families took over and the bikes went. My last big bike was a Ultra 1990 Classic and have always had Harleys, but they just priced themselves out of my market. Soon as I can I will post some pixs. If your headed this way, shoot me a email and let me know.

Welcome NamVet. Trying to come up with gas money to ride out to Missouri to visit my parents. If I go I will let you know.

Point Pleasant, midstate, just below the Manasquan Inlet. Originally from a small farming town called Adelphia in Monmouth County. You have some beautiful riding roads up there- 519, Old Mine Road, 517... Do you know any of the NEVROC gang?

Just did them all in April. ;) Old Mine rd. is really a nice ride.

What part of the state you call home? I'm in Warren

Hi I am Mac, from Tamworth NH. I am pretty local this year, bit in 05/06 rode coast to coast. I have been at riding since before I was legal. Most bikes back then came from diggin' clams in Ipswich Ma. None of them ran for very long or very well, if they ran at all.

If you run by this place intent to camp send me a warning... There is a nice field along a nice wood line.. Apx 15 miles south of the east entrance to the Kanc..

I'm really gald we still have some good riding roads in the N/E Corridor, within a day's ride of home. Superslabs are okay to get far quick, but there's nothing like a country road that meanders through rolling farmland or one that follows a river.

OK! I want to know who was at the Neffs hotel Wednesday night??? It looked like Bretts bike out in front until I seen the V&H pipes? Brett do see another nomad around the area? I might of not made it to work if I would of gone in to see who's bike it was.

I've been seeing a blue one like yours on 309 lately but no black /silver nomads. I usually see the blue one down south closer to Shankweiler Rd.

Hello everyone.
Don (Donguer) here from Long Island NY. I'm surprized there are not many more Nomad owners on this site. I count at least 4 more around where I live. Anyway, Have you noticed all the members that have maps on their Id's come close to being in NY but never get there?
Alot of Pa riders i've noticed. I guess Pa is Nomad Country.

Hey! Vito here - Bedford, Massachusetts, that is. I've had my red/black 2008 Nomad for about 3 weeks and just love it. Been riding for the past 3.5 years on a VN 900 LT after a long break of 20+ years. Rode dirt bikes back then.
