Hey Everyone, If anyone is interested in going down to Helen before the Spring Rally, we are leaving out from Hardees beside TractorSupplyCO. on keith st in Cleveland, TN. at 9am. Everyone is welcome to come along, so far it looks like the ones that are going are some from the PolarBearRide. It would be a great time to check-out places to stay or to eat at during the Rally. Looking forward to seeing everyone! [GOOSE]----------------------------- FEB. 28TH Was rained-out postponed till March 14TH. Goose....are you coming through Blairsville on your way to Helen? Taking RT348 off RT180?

Yea Dixie, that's the plan so far, don't know if we'll go down there through Blairsville and come back through Suches or viceversa, but for sure going across 348 can't miss that view from there. I always like taking a different route back than on the way down one of the guys that might be going with us hasn't got SC colored in on his patch so we may come back over that way, up through Highlands but haven't decide on that yet, don't know if we'll have that much time. You want us to meet-up with you somewhere on the way? [GOOSE]

Let me know your schedule. Might try to meet up with you....but I'll bring up the rear until I get a little comfortable with the car tire!!

We will see. I am having gas tank painted and tring to put on a trunk and mount a J&M 2003 dual cb. I mostly work slow too.i still have six days left though

Goose.......I assume that if your new car tire is not "studded snow tire," you are probably canceling your trip to Helen.
Went over Helen mountain yesterday, fog was horrible. It cleared up in 3-4 miles though.
Weather looks worse for tomorrow........

Goose if you have your trunk painted do not take the trim off, it is a bi--h to put back on. I am guessing you have a ventura trunk
