Good morning . Suppose to be a very nice weekend . I have some small scenic rides planned for the wife and I . Most of the " to do " list is complete and I still have 4 days to enjoy before I head back to work .

Good Morning; 40 and frosty, we have frost on the rooftops here this morning, that will start the leaves dropping off of the trees soon.

Good morning !!! The next couple of weeks are suppose to great . Nice and warm , sunny .
Unfortunately for me I will be doing nothing but sitting on my butt . I took a little spill on my bike Monday and tore all the muscles in my knee . Bike is fine ( CAA got it home ) most importantly my wife is fine . I guess I've got an extended vacation learning how to walk with a cane . I'll find out in a week if it will heal on it's own or I need surgery . Here's to a short season of riding !!!

Take it easy on your knee the next while, sometimes they can be aggravating for a while if you push yourself too hard. Catch up on some movies or read a book.
