What size wrench

What do I need to take off the windshield, looks like 2 sizes. Maybe a star head, not sure??

If I remember right its just an allen wrench. I used the guess and check method to see which one fit

Tried that an almost got one stripped, thunk it might be a special size!!

Sounds obvious, but it is metric.

Use a 5mm (metric) allen wrench for the windshield. Two bolts on each side, all the same size. I have a set of these metric size wrenches that I find useful.

What size wrench

mericanbike knows what hes says. it is metric for sure. you can get an sae in there but will strip the soft allen heads. seat the wrench in all the way before turning it and dont tighten very tight. Those bolts are $3 a piece and you dont want too many to order. :-)

What size wrench

They are also tight as he11 like every other bolt on the Nomad.
I striped out the hole on one of mine , even using the correct size metric wrench, and took my Dremel Tool and cut a slot in it Now it is a regular screwdriver bolt.
