Dave, can't imagine how cold that water was. Hope you're feeling better. Mary (from Sly's picture) and Dave.

Feeling much better still have pneumonia ,cracked vertebrae in my neck along with a ton of pain and brusies. Plan to meet with the 3 guys that were in the raft tomorrow. They feel they left me behind and are having issues mentally. There company asked if I could this, they hope it may start the healing process for them. Hope my body can make this trip and not delay my recovery. A small price to pay in order to help 3 shipmates.

WOW . . . four hours floating around in the dark in the North Atlantic in January. You're one tough bird to have made it through that one alive, both physically and emotionally. Just thankful you made it through. Wishing you a speedy recovery and hoping all those bruises and that cracked vertebrae heal quickly.
Take care of yourself and looking forward to riding with you again sometime. Tom

Dave's stubbornness will continually give him a pain in the neck.
Chill out Dave!

This story sounds like one of those stories I read in Reader's Digest...you know...those lost at sea stories. I wonder if Dave could send his story in and make a few bucks? Also, I am amazed that he had to go in to talk with the other three guys. I guess I would've thought it would be the other way around in this situation. Good for Dave for being willing to do that.
