That belt almost kept me from buying the 1700 Nad, but in the end I really do like the bike. It would have been that much better had they stayed with the shaft.....

Yes there is a guide...however being that this is my first belt drive bike I want to use the proper tools to at least know what it is SUPPOSED to look like. I absolutely love tinkering with my bikes, but if I can wait until I have the right tool for the job it usually results in less headaches later.

Thanks to all the helpful responses here, I will take a closer look at the belt system and the brakes tonight.

That is interesting, never seen a tubeless spoked wheels on a bike before. But I'm too lazy to keep them clean and adjusted.
