Hey everyone, I'm from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Moved here a few years ago because of the beautiful scenery and great riding options. I ride an 05 1600 Classic with viking hard bags. Guess I'm not riding what you'd consider a "real" bagger... hopefully that's cool with you guys! Lots of good info here!

By the way, I just picked this bike up a few weeks ago with 9800 miles from the original owner. Added cobra pipes and viking leather-covered hardbags. Also had to replace the clutch spring due to a slipping clutch. Shifts great now!

Welcome from southern NC. I, too, love riding in the Blue Ridge mountains. I usually make 2 or 3 trips a year to the mountains.
