Anyone know anything about MRA Motorcycle insurance written through Dairyland? Looking to switch from Geico thought I'd ask to see if anyne has had any dealings with them. Thank you

I don't know anything about them but you might want to check out Progressive. I purchased mine online at a reasonable rate. Saved about $10 per month over Geico. It is real easy to do online. A lot of the members have Progressive.

Oh and I think this is as good a place as any to put this. You could have put it in Nomad related but this is probably just as good if not better. Most members read this thread a lot and will see it.

I use progressive.. Has one bike a 01 1500 Nomad stolen and i crashed it too.. That crash hurt the payments some, but it is going on 5 years now, so maybe I can get a lower rate again.
They treated me well in both actions. The crash so far as I can tell, which is rare since one can usually look back and know what went wrong was caused by a trailer popping off the ball. I have no idea ow that came to be. We were going about 15 MPH on a bad gravel road. The bike was all beat up on both sides... The dealer repairs were the worst I have ever seen. I refused to sign off till I got to a place where another dealer could get the bike right. I did a lot of that myself.

Thanks Alabama, works for me
Thanks for the ideas about Progressive but they're even more than Geico & just under $100 more than the MRA a year ($212 MRA & $308 Progressive & $280 Geico) with full coverage. Mac, sounds ugly glad to hear they took care of you. I know some people that have had to use their Geico bike policy and were very satisfied but again IF I can save 'almost $100 and still get decent service I say why not! Just would like to find somone who has experience with them vs finding out the hard way that I got what I paid for. Actually I'd prefer NEVER to find out how good or bad any of my insurance companies are on paying claims! Login or Register to Remove Ads |
