Yup...It was in the 80s everywhere till we got down to West Quoddy Head then it was freezing. This was in the middle of August.

Make sure you hit Acadia National Park and on the way stop at the worlds tallest bridge observatory.

Bar Harbor and Cruise Ships from the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia. The ride up and down the mountain is a blast on a motorcycle!



The previously mentioned bridge observatory.



I will let you take your own pictures from the top.

yup, we did the observatory and the fort (Ft. Knox, no, not THE Ft. Knox)! Lots of old forts along the coast.

Agree on Acadia National Park, Cadillac mountain to watch the sunrise, it's the first place the sun hits the U.S. on the east coast when it rises. Loved our visit to Maine, would love to go back on my Nomad.
