Yes I saw the ad, Indian says choice is coming.

American Iron Mag had a similar ad, also for Indian:

On the left hand side page, there is a bunch of touring Harleys (batwing, shark nose etc.) in black and white and a text: Black sheeps.

On the right hand side page, I think it was a photo of the new 111ci Indian engine in colour with a text: Wolf.

Somewhere on the right side, it said choice is coming.

I like both ads!

I love it. Polaris has their shit together and are making extremely well engineered machines. I for one can't wait to see the new lineup. Might even replace the Vision my dream bike.

How I see it...
1st page shows 5 bikes, with bags and a lot of add ons,trailers, 5 people..
2nd page shows, 2 bikes, with nothing on them, 1st rider is in the right side of his lane and 2nd rider is on the left side of his lane..
my view is why is the 1st rider not on the left side of his lane, and why would they be out in no mans land without bringing anything with them..then I read, CHOICE IS COMING to American motorcycles, now I get it, you have a choice of a bike, some add ons, maybe even a trailer or one plan jane Indian. If you pick the Indian you have to wait for them to open up a dealership by you, then wait for them to get a bike, you will have no money left for any add ons, if they even make them, then you have to ride the Highway to get to where your friends trailered thier bikes and are having a good time.......lol.
I do not belive there is a American motorcycle, made in America, with all American parts...there are American motorcycle riders who have the choice to buy what is sold in America, make it thiers and ride on American roads. I am one of them, and ride my Nomad, with all kinds of parts I added on, riding with who-ever whats to come a long...on American roads we ride! I do not own a trailer but if I did I would use it to go to events that are just too far for me to ride too, and once I got there I would know which side of my lane to ride in...mj

I laughed until it hurt. ;) Almost as hard as I laughed when I passed the local billboard for our Harley dealer that said "Don't give in to the pressure, stand out from the crowd." BWAHAHA! There's more "peer pressure" in the Harley groups to ride a Harley over anything else, and there's thousands of 'em on the road!

Granted, I respect a Harley rider as much as anyone else, ogle their bikes, and would own a couple if I were a man of wealth (along with some of every make), but knowing the stereotypes, it makes me laugh when someone focuses in on them...

Having said that, I ride with a LOT of Harley owners, and all of them are great! I really don't see the #stereotypical Harley in any of them (referring to one of Harley's TV ads that made me laugh as well), so more power to 'em, and all others on two wheels. Still doesn't make the Victory ad any less funny!

depends on if there is an odd or even number of riders Tim.

Some would say it is best to have the last bike in a group (of two or more) to be in the left part of the lane so they are not hidden from someone wanting to pass a car directly behind the group.

If the last bike is on the right side of the lane directly in front of a larger vehicle (say a truck)... Someone passing that vehicle might think there is space there to use if needed and could pull over into the bike without knowing it was there. With the last bike riding the left side, it will be more easily seen.

That's how it was explained to us in the advanced rider course... For what it worth...
