AG, SWB, Dakals.....Where are you? I want to hear of your pain. Did the Airdyne and Total Gym again last night. Starting to at least feel a great difference. Feel a lot stronger and stand straighter, know what I mean?

Idaho, it was three weeks ago today I had the HA. I weighed myself that morning and as I recall the scale said 196. When I came home from the hospital I was 185. This morning I am 177, hopefully headed for 168.

Still here Idaho. Came in from work last night and blasted out a quick upper body set on weights. Throwing up 270lbs on the bench press in sets of 12, 14, 18 and then 8 reps. Same for curls at 140lbs. So now you've heard of my pain. :)
Buy yes, it makes me feel good. I've worked out consistentl since high school and will never stop. I just adjust it as I age. :/

I'm here. I have been trying to finish working on the hardwood floors in my house and i have been working alot at the shop doing backrests. I have been doing crunches and working out on the total gym here and there but my back is killing me from putting in hardwood floors in the house.

Started feeling extremely tired Tuesday night so didn't workout Wed. Last night felt really tired and realized I'm fighting the flu. My wife has it and she shared. So I'm home today trying to rest, but will probably go do cardio to try to sweat this out.

Good plan SWB. Whenever I'm sick I try to force myself into tough, greasy, sweaty workout no matter how terrible I feel. It's hell on earth, but I always seem to feel better after I do it. I think there is something to "sweating it out".

I'll be changing out 80 70# batteries on a UPS tomorrow and taking the old ones to the scrap yard for nice pocket change. I don't know if that counts as exercise when it's a job though.

When you can get your workout in while working, that's a great benefit! What a time saver.

Dang, BD Somebody's a sick puppy here.

Glad to know that you all are working out. I overworked my shoulders a little bit and needed to take a day off. The rest did me some good. I will hit it again tomorrow. You all can be proud of the sweat that are putting into staying healthy. Keep it up.

You too Idaho...keep it up. It pays off in time.
I just finished my lift. Almost cut it short because I'm pretty sure someone messed with the gravity today. Everything felt heavier than usual. But then I figured you were hitting it hard so I stepped up too. :) :)

I'm slackin off here. My rationalization is that I put in an 11 hour day at work and that I deserve a rest. Was able to cancel my trip out of town this week so I will be able to work out here at home. Tonight I'm just gonna rest.

No worries man. Just don't let a night off turn into a couple of months off!
As I said before, I work out 3 days a week. It's different days every week because my schedule can be so bizarre and I travel alot. Sometimes I'll skip one and only do 2 in one week, and that's fine. I even took a whole week off when I was hella-sick last year. But that's about it. It really has to become part of your routine in order to do it forever. But be flexible in the actual days it happens.
