-40 degree wind chill tomorrow...
Our high here tomorrow is projected to be -13 degrees, with a 23 mph wind.
That translates to a -40 degree wind chill using the new calculation for WC. With the old calc it would be -60 degrees. Either way, it is going to be dangerously cold here tomorrow. Frostbite at these temps can occur within 15 minutes if bare skin is exposed. Here is a calculator to see what your wind chill will be. http://www.onlineconversion.com/windchill.htm PS: This doesn't work for those in the southern regions, so don't try it, or make your comments.
