-40 degree wind chill tomorrow...

Our high here tomorrow is projected to be -13 degrees, with a 23 mph wind.

That translates to a -40 degree wind chill using the new calculation for WC.

With the old calc it would be -60 degrees. Either way, it is going to be dangerously cold here tomorrow. Frostbite at these temps can occur within 15 minutes if bare skin is exposed.

PS: This doesn't work for those in the southern regions, so don't try it, or make your comments.
