Yep , Really I didn't! I started looking on ebay ( killing time :) ) when all of a sudden I saw it. Reckless........Fairings. Yep I bought one. bid 320.00 and missed the bid... Lost!! Yep.... Keep looking around and saw reckless again but this time you could bid or make an offer.
Yep.... Made an offer, since I lost the bid the first time for 320.00 and it sold for 315.00 ,well I figured I would offer 315.00 Yep... they excepted! I know have a fairing on the way!! Go figure sat a t the computer not even thinking of a fairing and ...Yep bought one! Time to put a lock on ebay LOL . now to find a cheap air brush guy!

I paid $315 ($350-$35 kawanow discount) for my Reckless fairing and didn't have to sweat through the auction process.

Norm I was waiting for the last few moments and time expired and I missed the bid! But I made an offer and they excepted!

What I usually do is go in with a proxy bid about 2 - 3min before the end and let others scramble to figure out what the max bid is.

Anyway glade you got a good deal.

Started with a 10" clear the first year then I went to the 5" tinted. I actually prefer the 5"

Yeah I hope to enjoy it too cdneh. I just found a gut to air brush it within 2 weeks I hope to have it on and pictures posted!

I think the 5" windsheild should be fine for you, but youll have to try it and see to be sure.
